Hook Lane

Pagham

Working on behalf of Hallam Land Management Ltd, alongside LRM Planning and Brookbanks Consulting, Urban Wilderness designed and submitted proposals for a new mixed use scheme for up to 300 houses, a new primary school, care home, health centre and childrens day nursery on land to the north of Pagham.

Set within parkland new development transitions from the existing urban extents of Pagham into the wider countryside. Fingers of open space feed into the development, providing the setting for both public amenity and habitat creation.

Existing hedged and treed boundaries are to be retained and an existing cannalised watercourse, crossing the site, is to be reprofiled to improve its function, biodiversity and amenity.

Look who's involved

“The emerging masterplan for Hook Lane Pagham would create an attractive new neighbourhood for north Pagham. Landscape led masterplanning has ensured that green space plays an integral role within this scheme from the outset.”
