Site Promotion

No one site or development is alike. To reflect this we take a bespoke approach to site promotion which is tailored to reflect the unique opportunities presented by each project. Our site promotion is presented in an engaging, eye catching and innovative way in order to convey our clients aspirations effectively. We work with a variety of clients from individual landowners to commercial development companies or their agents, to help promote development sites through the planning process, for sale to the market or to attract investment. Site promotion typically includes a well considered and executed set of illustrations with supporting text bound into a brochure or published via a dedicated website.

Feasibility Studies

From rural estates and energy projects through to residential development and environmental reclamation, projects may have a range of environmental constraints which have the potential to give rise to excessive costs and as such have the potential to prevent or hinder development. Prior to signing up sites or commencing development proposals, Urban Wilderness assist landowners, site agents and land promoters to undertake the necessary environmental due diligence required to ascertain whether there are any constraints to development that could potentially affect a site’s viability. Urban Wilderness undertake a combination of desk based assessment alongside site survey in order to identify potential constraints and then work alongside the client to plan around these to determine a site’s development capacity and / or suitability. These studies provide our clients with an informed analysis of risk which in turn can be used to make informed development decisions.

“Bloom! was a fantastic festival involving over 120 separate projects across York. There were many highlights but the display that undoubtedly had the most impact was the one created by Urban Wilderness, and sponsored by McArthurGlen, for St Helen’s Square. It was stunning and transformative and showed the possibilities for developing the public realm in a totally different way. It generated masses of interest and led to a call to make it a permanent fixture beyond the 4 days of the festival.” Steve Brown, MD, Make It York
