Harvey is a keen walker, amateur landscape photographer and pub lunch connoisseur.
Growing up a stone’s throw from the Peak District Dark Peak, Harvey developed a love of the great outdoors from an early age. His early memories of outdoor play and exploration are central to his design perspective. Access to, and participation in, greenspace continues to inspire Harvey’s work and interest within Landscape Architecture.
Through his continued studies at the University of Sheffield, Harvey has developed a passion for the power of greenspace access within urban environments. His university work explored this potential within Newark-on-Trent, uniting the riverine environment with a multi-functional public open space network, benefitting both people and nature.
