Nagma Manoharan

Nagma is an artist, trail runner and an explorer of vibrant and diverse cities. 

Nagma holds a masters degree in Landscape architecture with a distinction from the University of Sheffield. During her studies she also pursued the Msc Urbanism program at TU Delft in the Netherlands as an exchange student which further diversified her interests in Urban Design and Planning.  

Previously trained as an Architect in the Middle East and India , she has worked on both commercial as well as community led-public realm projects . While working with the local council in India she worked on national projects such as the nurturing neighbourhoods campaign, where she was working with community to redesign derelict spaces in their neighbourhood into safer and inclusive play spaces for children.

Nagma sees landscape architecture as a tool to creating good public spaces that can help shape one’s well being and has the ability to bring communities from different backgrounds together.
